How to cancel PureGym
A monthly PureGym membership is cancelled online in the Members' Area at least 4 working days before your payment date. Fixed-term memberships go through Member Services.
Checked in October 2026 against PureGym’s own help pages. PureGym typically costs about €24.99 a month (€299.88 a year).
Cancel on the web
- Sign in to the Members' Area in the PureGym app or on the website.
- Use Online Cancellations to end the membership, at least 4 working days before your next payment.
- On a fixed-term (6, 9 or 12 month) membership, contact Member Services instead.
What happens after you cancel
A monthly membership runs until the day before your next payment would have been due, then ends. Fixed-term memberships end at the end of the term and don't roll onto a monthly plan.
Refunds
Cancel within 14 days of joining for a full refund (minus your gym use if it started straight away). Ending a fixed-term membership early refunds 50% of the pro-rata fees for the unused period.
Watch out for
- Cancelling the direct debit with your bank also works, but allow 4 working days.
- These are PureGym's UK terms; PureGym US (formerly Blink Fitness) has its own agreement.
- Corporate memberships are cancelled through whoever set them up, usually your employer.
Cheaper than cancelling?
- Freeze the membership instead — free or paid depending on your membership type.
Make sure the charge really stops
Track PureGym in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
