How to cancel Qobuz

Qobuz is cancelled on the website under My Streaming Plan → Unsubscribe, at least 48 hours before the period ends. App-store subscriptions are cancelled in the store.

Checked in October 2026 against Qobuz’s own help pages. Qobuz typically costs about €12.99 a month (€155.88 a year).

Cancel on the web

Sign in on qobuz.com and open your account's My Streaming Plan tab.
Click Unsubscribe on the active subscription and follow the prompts to the end.

Subscribed in the app?

If you signed up inside the Qobuz app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.

On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)

Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap Qobuz, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.

On Android (billed by Google Play)

Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Tap Qobuz, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.

Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.

What happens after you cancel

Streaming stops at the end of the current billing period; your account and library stay available.

Watch out for

The terms require the cancellation at least 48 hours before the period ends, or the subscription renews.
On a trial, unsubscribe at least 24 hours before the billing date.
Subscribed through Apple or another app store? Cancel there.

Cheaper than cancelling?

Qobuz Duo covers up to 2 people for about €17.99 a month.
Qobuz Family covers up to 6 people for about €21.49 a month.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Qobuz in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
