How to cancel Qwen AI

A Qwen subscription bought on the web is managed on the Subscription Management page in your account settings. App store subscriptions are cancelled in the store.

Checked in October 2026 against Qwen AI’s own help pages. Qwen AI typically costs about €10 a month (€120 a year).

Cancel on the web

  1. Open your Qwen account settings and go to the Subscription Management page.
  2. Cancel the subscription there — or contact customer service at feedback@qwen.com.
  3. Bought through Apple or Google Play? Cancel through that platform.

Subscribed in the app?

If you signed up inside the Qwen AI app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.

On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)

  1. Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Qwen AI, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.

On Android (billed by Google Play)

  1. Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Qwen AI, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.

Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.

What happens after you cancel

You can keep using the service until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds

Fees already paid are non-refundable.

Watch out for

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before the last day of the term to avoid the next renewal.
  • Qwen publishes no step-by-step guide for the chat interface, so check your settings page if the labels differ.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Qwen AI in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
