How to cancel Roblox Premium

Roblox Premium bought on the web or desktop is cancelled in Settings → Subscriptions → Cancel Renewal. Bought on a phone, it's cancelled with Apple or Google.

Checked in October 2026 against Roblox Premium’s own help pages. Roblox Premium typically costs about €4.99 a month (€59.88 a year).

Cancel on the web

Sign in to the account that bought the membership, on the website or desktop app.
Click the gear icon → Settings → Subscriptions.
Click Cancel Renewal and confirm.

Subscribed in the app?

If you signed up inside the Roblox Premium app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.

On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)

Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap Roblox Premium, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.

On Android (billed by Google Play)

Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Tap Roblox Premium, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.

Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.

What happens after you cancel

You keep the benefits for the time already paid for.

Refunds

Memberships are non-refundable.

Watch out for

Cancel before the renewal date.
Premium is no longer sold: once cancelled, you can't subscribe to it again.
Bought on Windows or Amazon? That one-time membership doesn't renew and simply ends on its date.
Can't sign in? Contact Roblox support with the username of the subscribed account.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Roblox Premium in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
