How to cancel SiriusXM

SiriusXM bought directly is cancelled in the Online Account Center (Subscriptions tab), by chat or by phone. If Apple, Google, Roku or T-Mobile bills you, cancel with them.

Checked in October 2026 against SiriusXM’s own help pages. SiriusXM typically costs about €10.99 a month (€131.88 a year).

Cancel on the web

Sign in to the SiriusXM Online Account Center and open the Subscriptions tab.
Or select “Chat with an agent now” and ask to cancel.
Or call 866-635-8641 (T-Mobile and Sprint customers who bought from SiriusXM: 1-888-635-8641).

Subscribed in the app?

If you signed up inside the SiriusXM app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.

On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)

Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap SiriusXM, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.

On Android (billed by Google Play)

Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Tap SiriusXM, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.

Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.

Billed by someone else — Roku, T-Mobile and Apple Podcasts? Cancel in that account, or ask them: SiriusXM can’t end a subscription it doesn’t bill.

What happens after you cancel

Keep the confirmation. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date, or a new subscription period can start and be charged.

Watch out for

Selling or trading in your car, uninstalling the app or simply not listening does not cancel the subscription.
Roku subscriptions are cancelled at my.roku.com — not in the SiriusXM app.
SiriusXM through T-Mobile is removed as an add-on in your T-Mobile account.
Your bank or card statement shows who bills you, if you're not sure.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track SiriusXM in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
