How to cancel Sleep Cycle

Sleep Cycle Premium is cancelled with whoever sold it: Apple, Google Play, Huawei, or the reseller (FastSpring or Paddle) for website purchases.

Checked in October 2026 against Sleep Cycle’s own help pages. Sleep Cycle typically costs about €39.99 a year.

Cancel on the web

iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Sleep Cycle → Cancel.
Android: Play Store → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Sleep Cycle.
Website purchase via FastSpring: in the app go to Profile → More → Account → Manage account → Subscription → Cancel, or use FastSpring's cancellation service. Via Paddle: use the link in your confirmation email.

Subscribed in the app?

If you signed up inside the Sleep Cycle app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.

On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)

Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap Sleep Cycle, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.

On Android (billed by Google Play)

Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Tap Sleep Cycle, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.

Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.

Billed by someone else — Revolut, Bundler, FastSpring and Paddle? Cancel in that account, or ask them: Sleep Cycle can’t end a subscription it doesn’t bill.

What happens after you cancel

The cancellation is processed by whoever sold you Premium, not by Sleep Cycle — keep their confirmation.

Refunds

Apple and Google handle their own. A web purchaser must cancel before requesting a refund. EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw.

Watch out for

Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Got free Premium through a partner such as Revolut or Bundler? There's no Sleep Cycle subscription — end the partner plan instead.
Sleep Cycle can't cancel Apple or Huawei subscriptions for you.
Can't tell where you bought it? Your purchase confirmation email usually names the reseller.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Sleep Cycle in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
