How to cancel SuperGrok

SuperGrok bought on the web is cancelled on grok.com's billing page. iPhone and Android subscriptions are cancelled with Apple or Google Play.

Checked in October 2026 against SuperGrok’s own help pages. SuperGrok typically costs about €30 a month (€360 a year).

Cancel on the web

Log in on grok.com and open the billing page.
Select Manage Subscription and cancel.
Button won't open? Try an incognito window or another browser — ad blockers and extensions can block it.
iOS: cancel with Apple. Android: cancel in Google Play.

Subscribed in the app?

If you signed up inside the SuperGrok app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.

On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)

Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap SuperGrok, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.

On Android (billed by Google Play)

Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Tap SuperGrok, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.

Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.

What happens after you cancel

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel; cancellation is available at any time.

Refunds

Payments already made are non-refundable unless local law requires. Google Play refunds go through xAI's refund request form; Apple decides its own.

Watch out for

Moving to The X Subscription cancels SuperGrok automatically with a prorated refund — it can't be undone, and App Store or Google Play subscriptions still need checking afterwards.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track SuperGrok in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
