How to cancel Superhuman

Superhuman Mail is cancelled by pressing Cmd+K or Ctrl+K and choosing Cancel Subscription, or at superhuman.com/admin. Team subscriptions go through a team admin.

Checked in October 2026 against Superhuman’s own help pages. Superhuman typically costs about €30 a month (€360 a year).

Cancel on the web

Individual: press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) and choose Cancel Subscription — or log in at superhuman.com/admin.
Suite or Business: use the cancel option on the Subscription page.
Member of a non-contracted team: ask your admin, or press Cmd+K → Billing Support.
Contracted team: contact your Customer Success Manager.

What happens after you cancel

You can keep using Superhuman until the end of the term you paid for. Previous charges aren't refunded.

Watch out for

Cancelling a team Mail subscription can cost you data: team data and settings don't transfer to your own account, and Superhuman doesn't recommend self-cancelling a team plan.
Paid twice after buying a Suite under a different email? Cancel the old Mail subscription with Cmd+K → Billing.

Come back later at superhuman.com/plans/mail with the same account.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Superhuman in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
