How to cancel TickTick Premium

TickTick Premium bought through Google Play, Stripe or PayPal is cancelled in the web app under Settings → Premium Account. Apple subscriptions are cancelled with Apple.

Checked in October 2026 against TickTick Premium’s own help pages. TickTick Premium typically costs about €35.99 a year.

Cancel on the web

Open the TickTick web app and go to Settings → Premium Account.
Cancel the subscription and check that the cancellation shows.
Bought with your Apple ID? Cancel in your Apple account's subscription settings.

Subscribed in the app?

If you signed up inside the TickTick Premium app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.

On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)

Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap TickTick Premium, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.

On Android (billed by Google Play)

Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Tap TickTick Premium, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.

Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.

Billed by someone else — PayPal and Stripe? Cancel in that account, or ask them: TickTick Premium can’t end a subscription it doesn’t bill.

What happens after you cancel

After Premium expires all your data is kept and you carry on as a free user.

Refunds

Google Play, PayPal and Stripe purchases can be refunded within 14 days of purchase; Apple refunds go through Apple Support.

Watch out for

Make sure you cancel on the platform where you bought it, or the charge continues.
Premium renews automatically on the same terms unless it's cancelled.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track TickTick Premium in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
