How to cancel Ubisoft+

Ubisoft+ bought from Ubisoft is cancelled on the My Subscription page (Ubisoft Store or Ubisoft Connect on PC). Bought in another store, cancel there.

Checked in October 2026 against Ubisoft+’s own help pages. Ubisoft+ typically costs about €17.99 a month (€215.88 a year).

Cancel on the web

Open My Subscription on the Ubisoft Store or in Ubisoft Connect on PC.
Select Cancel Membership and confirm — the button changes to Re-Activate Ubisoft+.
Or use Ubisoft's cancellation form, which also handles an immediate cancellation for a valid reason.

Billed by someone else — other platform stores? Cancel in that account, or ask them: Ubisoft+ can’t end a subscription it doesn’t bill.

What happens after you cancel

You keep access until the end of the paid period and aren't charged again. Redeemed rewards stay, but your reward tier resets after 30 days.

Refunds

Depends on your country: where refunds are allowed, a withdrawal form ends access immediately and refunds the original payment method. Elsewhere Ubisoft+ is non-refundable.

Watch out for

If the invoice for the next period was already issued, that period is already renewed.
You can only close your Ubisoft account once the subscription has ended.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Ubisoft+ in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
