How to cancel Webflow
Webflow Site plans and Workspace plans are cancelled separately: a Site plan in Site settings → Plans, a Workspace plan in Workspace settings → Plans.
Checked in October 2026 against Webflow’s own help pages. Webflow typically costs about €14 a month (€168 a year).
Cancel on the web
- Site plan: remove add-ons, then Site settings → Plans → Website tab → Downgrade to Starter.
- Workspace plan: remove team members and seats, then Workspace settings → Plans → downgrade to the free Starter Workspace.
- Leaving Webflow entirely? Do both.
What happens after you cancel
At the end of the billing period a downgraded site loses its custom domains and is unpublished, including from the staging subdomain. Downgrading “immediately” takes it offline straight away. Sites with their own Site plan stay live after a Workspace downgrade.
Refunds
A new purchase is fully refundable within 14 days. Otherwise downgrading gives no refund or credit for unused time.
Watch out for
- You can only have one Starter Workspace — archive an existing one first.
Make sure the charge really stops
Track Webflow in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
