How to cancel Wellhub

Wellhub is cancelled through the Wellhub platform's account settings, at least 3 business days before your billing date. There are no cancellation fees.

Log in to the Wellhub platform and open your account settings.
Follow the prompts to end the plan — automatic renewal then stops.

What happens after you cancel

Access continues until the next billing date.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable and no prorated refund is given. In the EEA and UK there's a 14-day statutory withdrawal right, conditional on not having used partner services in that time.

Watch out for

The terms require notice at least 3 business days before the billing date to avoid the next month's charge.
Employer-sponsored memberships may have additional cancellation terms.
Family members have separate subscriptions, but the account holder manages their cancellations.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Wellhub in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
