How to cancel Whoop

WHOOP membership is cancelled in the Membership section at app.whoop.com — no need to contact support. Prepaid memberships aren't refunded.

Checked in October 2026 against Whoop’s own help pages. Whoop typically costs about €30 a month (€360 a year).

Cancel on the web

Sign in at app.whoop.com and open Membership.
Select the cancel option at the bottom of the page.
Annual prepaid: schedule the end date. Monthly within a 12-month commitment: pay off the rest or schedule the end date.

You can keep using WHOOP and collecting data until the last day of your membership term.

Refunds

WHOOP doesn't refund prepaid memberships.

Watch out for

On a free trial, start a return of the hardware within the trial — a fee applies if it isn't sent back.
Upcycled memberships can only be cancelled on the web, not in the mobile app.
No cancel button? Use the web app or email support@whoop.com.

Cheaper than cancelling?

Eligible members can pause instead: no billing and no data uploads, and you can resume at any time.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Whoop in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
