How to cancel Wix

A Wix site plan is cancelled under Premium Subscriptions. Within 14 days of buying it, cancelling ends it with a full refund; after that, it just stops renewing.

Checked in October 2026 against Wix’s own help pages. Wix typically costs about €17 a month (€204 a year).

Cancel on the web

Sign in to Wix and open Premium Subscriptions.
Click the More Actions icon next to the plan, choose Cancel Plan, then Cancel Now.
Cancel the domain, business email and paid apps separately if you don't want them.

What happens after you cancel

After 14 days, turning off auto-renewal keeps the plan until the end of the billing period. The site content is kept, but it goes back to a free Wix address with Wix ads.

Refunds

Full refund within 14 days of a first purchase or upgrade. Renewals and later cancellations aren't refunded, and domains are non-refundable.

Watch out for

Yearly renewals can be charged up to three weeks early — turn off auto-renewal well before the date.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Wix in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
