How to cancel YAZIO PRO

YAZIO PRO bought on the website is cancelled at yazio.com/app/account or in the app under Profile → Settings → Account → Subscription. Store subscriptions are cancelled in the store.

Checked in October 2026 against YAZIO PRO’s own help pages. YAZIO PRO typically costs about €34.99 a year.

Cancel on the web

  1. Sign in at yazio.com/app/account and cancel there.
  2. Or in the app: Profile → Settings → Account → Subscription.
  3. Bought through Google Play or the App Store? Cancel there — YAZIO can't.

Subscribed in the app?

If you signed up inside the YAZIO PRO app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.

On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)

  1. Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap YAZIO PRO, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.

On Android (billed by Google Play)

  1. Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  3. Tap YAZIO PRO, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.

Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.

What happens after you cancel

PRO keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, then doesn't renew. Cancelling a free trial ends PRO immediately.

Refunds

Website purchases can be cancelled within 14 days without a reason. Store purchases are refunded by Apple or Google.

Watch out for

  • Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel the subscription.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track YAZIO PRO in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
