How to cancel Zoho Mail
A paid Zoho Mail plan is cancelled in the Mail Admin Console under Subscription → Manage Subscription → Change Plan → Cancel Subscription.
Checked in October 2026 against Zoho Mail’s own help pages. Zoho Mail typically costs about €1 a month (€12 a year).
Cancel on the web
- In the Mail Admin Console open Subscription → Overview → Manage Subscription.
- Select Change Plan and scroll down the plan details to the Cancel Subscription link.
- Follow the on-screen steps to finish.

What happens after you cancel
Premium features stop working after cancellation.
Watch out for
- In regions where free plans aren't offered, cancelling locks the organization account and everyone in it loses access.
- Zoho's billing page lets you choose between downgrading at once and staying on your plan until the cycle ends — tick the box to keep the paid features.
Make sure the charge really stops
Track Zoho Mail in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
