How to cancel Zoom Pro

Zoom Pro bought from Zoom is cancelled in the web portal under Plans and billing → Cancel Plan, before the renewal date.

Checked in October 2026 against Zoom Pro’s own help pages. Zoom Pro typically costs about €13.99 a month (€167.88 a year).

Cancel on the web

Sign in to the Zoom web portal and open Plans and billing.
Select Cancel Plan on the plan you want to end, and confirm.
Bought through Apple or Google? Cancel in that store — Zoom can't.

Subscribed in the app?

If you signed up inside the Zoom Pro app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.

On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)

Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap Zoom Pro, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.

On Android (billed by Google Play)

Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Tap Zoom Pro, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.

Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.

What happens after you cancel

Monthly plans run to the end of the billing period and annual plans to the end of the term. Cloud recordings stay available for 30 days after the paid plan ends.

Refunds

Cancelling doesn't refund anything, and renewal charges are non-refundable under Zoom's terms. Refund requests go to Zoom Billing by ticket.

Watch out for

An unpaid invoice blocks cancelling — pay it first.
Download cloud recordings you need within 30 days of the plan ending.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Zoom Pro in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
