How to cancel Zwift

Checked in October 2026 against Zwift’s own help pages. Zwift typically costs about €17.99 a month (€215.88 a year).

Cancel on the web

  1. Sign in at zwift.com/billing/membership.
  2. Select Manage → Zwift Membership → Cancel Subscription.
  3. Pick a reason and confirm.

Open zwift.com/billing/membership ↗

Subscribed in the app?

If you signed up inside the Zwift app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.

On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)

  1. Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Zwift, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.

On Android (billed by Google Play)

  1. Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Zwift, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.

Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.

What happens after you cancel

The membership stays active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds

A first-time membership can be refunded if cancelled within 30 days.

Watch out for

  • App Store subscriptions can't be cancelled on zwift.com.

Cheaper than cancelling?

  • Pause instead for 7 to 90 days from the membership page.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Zwift in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
